Safe Food Resources specializes in the development and implementation of Quality and Food Safety Systems. We design maintainable policies and procedures to conform to your chosen GFSI Standard – SQF, BRC or FSSC22000. Our consultants specialize in particular certification schemes and have successful track records in their area of expertise.


Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point is a system that ensures the safety of food. It helps identify potential food safety related problems and eliminate them before they reach the customer. We work with you through the 7 HACCP Principles and write your HACCP Plan. We also perform public or private HACCP Training sessions.

(FSMA) Preventive Controls

The Food Safety Modernization Act will have a dramatic impact on the food safety and regulatory landscape for facilities producing products regulated by the FDA. Our consultants are prepared to help you understand the regulations and provide guidance in the development of programs. We also offer FSPCA approved (FSMA) Preventive Controls Training in a public or private format.
